The kids had an absolute blast in the fenced pool area while I enjoyed the happy hour snacks. Watching the bears wander by was a unique highlight, but it left us stuck indoors for a day.

It was just a proper fit for a lightning trip in Gatlinburg and great for the money. The breakfast area was chaotic, especially at the omelette station, which could use more staff. Plan to arrive early for breakfast to avoid the rush.

great amenities but a few room quirks
The pool area exceeded my expectations, with a fantastic slide and lazy river that kept my kids entertained for hours. The breakfast offerings were impressive, featuring a made-to-order omelet station and a wide variety that never seemed to run out.
The room's layout could use better organization, as it felt slightly cramped for our family of five.

The indoor heated pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and they kept the snack area well-stocked. Just a heads-up, the hill can be a bit tiring for little ones, so plan for some breaks! 🏊♀️

Family-Friendly Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed a great family vacation! The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the evening reception offered excellent food options. However, our balcony view was disappointing, overlooking a rusty roof. Clear communication from the front desk needs attention.

Lovely, Lovely, Lovely
I had the most very nice time immersed in nature with amazing views of the Smokies at my doorstep! The outdoor pool area, with its lazy river and massive slide, had my kids squealing with joy all day. The location was on point, and that outdoor space? Total vibes! Breakfast had the familiar Embassy flair, just wish it felt a bit more upscale. They were top-notch, helping us through every step!
The views from the King Bed Suite were a bit of a letdown. And can we talk about the charging station fiasco? Total false advertising! It put a hitch in our plan, leaving us scrabbling for charging options!

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main strip. Loved the outdoor space. it felt relaxing with great views. Breakfast had a wide variety. Made-to-order omelets were a highlight, fresh and tasty. The pool area was fun, especially for the kids. However, the shower door malfunctioned during our stay, which was inconvenient. Some electrical plugs didn't work, too. A bit frustrating, but the staff were really friendly and eager to help. They provided great recommendations for local activities. Overall, a good place, but a few upgrades would make it even better.

missingWrote a review on May 16indoor outdoorheated poolsbreakfast varietyshower issueschaotic breakfast
The heated indoor and outdoor pools offered a nice way to wind down after a day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast included made-to-order omelets, which, despite some chaos, were a highlight amidst a busy dining atmosphere.
The breakfast setup was chaotic, with understaffed stations and an insufficient number of waffle makers, making the experience a bit stressful. My room had some electrical issues. several plugs didn’t work initially, and the door to the shower wouldn’t stay shut, allowing cold air in. There also seemed to be a lack of maintenance around the pool area, with pet waste left on the grounds, which detracted from the overall experience. Finally, while the noise levels weren’t overwhelming, the sound insulation could use some improvement for those looking for a quieter stay.
